Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse, reference 3583, featuring a distinctive deep blue dial with applied gold baton hour markers and an elegant 18ct yellow-gold case.
This vintage example is presented in excellent overall condition and is fitted to its original integrated 18ct yellow-gold mesh bracelet, with a total watch weight of approximately 89 grams. It is offered without its original box or papers. Powered by a manually wound movement, the Golden Ellipse is defined by its slim profile, understated dial and distinctive oval case proportions. Period examples of ref. 3583 are documented with Patek Philippe calibre 175.
